Nicest Guy You'll Ever Meet!

Meat Loaf Hamburger

Makes about 6 servings

Ingredients

1 pound of 80/20 lean or higher ground beef
1/3 cup or 2 ounces of Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup or 4 ounces of ketchup or 1 small can of tomato sauce
1 egg (optional)
garlic power (optional)
salt (optional)
pepper (optional)

============
Directions
============

Mix together by hand with a rubber glove.

Divided in equal portions; 6 servings, weighing at 3.9 ounces each.

I put each serving in a plastic sandwich bag.

Then I put each serving in my 3d printed hamburger mold to make a hamburger size patty.

I then put these in the freezer until I am ready to cook one.

When ready to cook;
I take it out of the freezer, then I take it out of the plastic bag and put it in a aluminum pie pan with another one on top or you can wrap it up in aluminum foil. Put it in the oven, still frozen, for 45 minutes at 375 to 400 degrees. I then put it in a hamburger bun with a little ketchup and its tastes great!

Download my 3d printed Hamburger Mold. You can find it here (Hamburger Press)
