Now Let's Start:
1) Wrap it twice around the thumb and mark it. It should be the same as once around the wrist.
2) Wrap it twice around the wrist and mark it. It should be the same as once around the neck.
3) Wrap it twice around the neck and mark it. It should be the same as once around the waist.

Once around the fist should be the same as the Length Of The Foot.
The Length from Your Wrist to The Corner of Your Elbow should equal the Length of Your Foot.
The Size Of Your Foot should be the same Size as Your Ring Finger (USA).
The Length Of Your Hand should Fit The Length Of Your Face.
