Cornbread

Makes 9 servings

Ingredients

2 cups of Bisquick
1/2 cups of Cornmeal
3/4 to 1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of melted butter

Directions

Combine baking mix (bisquick), cornmeal, and sugar in a bowl.
Add eggs and milk.
Beat until well blended.
Mix in butter.
Place in lightly greased 9 inch square pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
Test doneness with a knife.
